Wedding Bookings

Deposits 

  • A £50 deposit is required to secure your wedding date
  • Deposits are non refundable and will be deducted from your final payment
  • Please note deposits cannot be applied against your trial session
  • In the event you should have to reschedule your wedding date, your deposit can be transferred to the new date if available. If you are not rescheduling your deposit can be used against another service within a 12 month period.

Makeup Trials

  • All brides are required to undergo a makeup trial. The recommended timeline for trials is three months before your wedding day, though you may opt to schedule your trial sooner if preferred. 
  • Makeup trials for bridal party members are optional 
  • Please note that all makeup trials are conducted at my home salon. Trials are not available on Saturdays or Sundays during peak season (May-September)

Minimum booking requirements

  • A minimum booking requirement of four individuals applies for all bridal bookings Thursday through Sunday (including bank holidays). A minimum booking of 3 is required for Monday and Tuesday bookings
  • In the event that your booking decreases below the minimum requirement, you will still be charged the minimum booking fee. 

Payment deadlines 

  • For makeup trials, full payment is due on the day of the trial.
  • Final payment for all services must be settled in a full minimum of seven days before the wedding. 

Mileage 

  • An additional travel charge of 0.50 pence per mile applies, calculated as a return journey from my location.

Deposits for treatments and makeup lessons

  1. Deposits Required: Deposits are necessary for all bookings, and the amount varies based on the specific treatment booked and the duration of the treatment.
  2. Non-Refundable: All deposits are non-refundable. Once paid, the deposit cannot be returned to the customer.
  3. Transferable: While deposits cannot be refunded, they can be transferred if a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given for cancellations. This means that if a customer needs to cancel but provides at least 48 hours’ notice, they can transfer the deposit to another booking.
